Welcome to Bloom Personal Training!


My name is Julie Miller, owner and trainer here at our cozy studio.

My dream? To create a space where women over the age of 40 can come together to improve their fitness and connect with other health-conscious ladies!

We know that walking into a gym can be intimidating for many of us, so here at Bloom, we do things a bit differently. Through circuit-style workouts, we specialize in training small groups of women in a supportive, fun atmosphere. If you have to exercise, you might as well have a good time!

Our workouts combine moves that improve strength, flexibility and balance, and are tailored to your individual fitness levels, goals and challenges. Have a bad knee? A problem shoulder? Exercise-induced asthma? No worries! Our workouts are adaptable, and by balancing your body through our strength and flexibility training, we can often improve some of those aches and pains.

In addition to physical exercise, we focus on reducing stress, creating better nutritional habits and developing healthy relationships with our bodies.
